By accessing or using DigiMatch (the Platform) at digimatch-pro-hub.base44.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, you must not use the Platform.
DigiMatch is operated by mCm Design London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The DigiMatch website and associated services
- Client: User who posts projects
- Professional: User who offers digital services
- Quote: A proposal sent by a Professional
- Credits: Virtual tokens to unlock leads
- Subscription: Paid plan (Pro or Agency)
3. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Accurate information during registration
- Not have been previously suspended
4. User Accounts
- Create an account to use features
- Responsible for credentials and activity
- Notify of unauthorised use
- One professional profile per person
5. How the Platform Works
5.1 For Clients
- Post projects for free
- AI matching suggests professionals
- Compare quotes, portfolios and ratings
- DigiMatch facilitates the introduction, not the agreement
5.2 For Professionals
- Create profile with skills and portfolio
- Receive lead notifications
- Use Credits to unlock leads
- Pro £29/month or Agency £79/month
- Credit packs: 10/£15, 25/£35, 50/£60
6. Credits and Subscriptions
6.1 Credits
- Credits to unlock leads
- Non-refundable once used
- Don't expire with an active account
- Prices may change with notice
6.2 Subscriptions
- Pro: £29/month with credits and visibility
- Agency: £79/month with more credits and priority
- Auto-renew monthly
- Cancel at end of billing period
- Payments via Wix Payments
7. Client Obligations
- Accurate descriptions
- No illegal or fraudulent projects
- No off-platform solicitation
- Respect professionals' time
- No false reviews
8. Professional Obligations
- Accurate skills information
- Fair, transparent quotes
- Services with reasonable skill
- No fake portfolio images
- No off-platform payments
- Professional conduct
- Timely responses
9. Ratings and Reviews
- Clients can rate professionals
- Honest, genuine reviews
- We may remove false reviews
- No paid reviews
- Trust badges based on ratings
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- False or fraudulent content
- Harass or threaten users
- Illegal activities
- Hacking or reverse-engineering
- Extract data without authorisation
- Multiple accounts for manipulation
- Off-platform transactions to avoid fees
- Impersonate others
11. Intellectual Property
- Platform owned by DigiMatch
- Professionals retain ownership of portfolio
- Clients retain ownership of descriptions
- No use of branding without permission
12. Payments
- All payments via Wix Payments in GBP
- Subscriptions billed monthly
- Credits billed at purchase
- Refunds case by case
- DigiMatch doesn't process client-professional payments
13. Dispute Resolution
- DigiMatch is not a party to agreements
- Resolve directly between parties
- We may provide communication tools
- Governed by laws of England and Wales
14. Limitation of Liability
- No guarantee of service quality
- Not responsible for client-professional interactions
- Liability limited to amount paid in 12 months
- Not liable for indirect damages
15. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend violating accounts
- You can delete your account anytime
- Credits forfeited on termination
- Cancellation effective at end of billing period
16. Changes to Terms
We may update the Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
